A challenging drive, but worth it
The staff was incredibly kind, and our room was impeccably clean. The availability of free kayaks and paddleboards was a definite highlight.
The dirt road leading to the hotel was a hassle to navigate every day, especially during our wedding activities.

The lake view from my Beautiful Double Room was amazing, perfect for an art historian like me. Although the staff's lack of friendliness stood out, the serene atmosphere and lovely terrace made my stay enjoyable. I recommend it for the views alone!

The hotel's lush gardens and serene lake views were breathtaking, creating a calming atmosphere. The common areas were accessible and well-maintained, perfect for seniors like myself to enjoy the beauty without difficulty.
Improve staff friendliness and service responsiveness.

This was just a decent option for a city break in Santa Ana with great value-to-price ratio. The location was pleasant and offered some beautiful views. Make sure to check if the fridge in your room is accessible before you settle in.

Clean, charming hotel with stunning lake views. The staff was accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. Enjoyed a fantastic hour of free kayaking, which added to the experience, and the traditional fish dish at the bar was notably good. However, the road leading to the hotel could use some improvement, and some staff members were not as friendly or responsive as expected.

Stunning views and amazing outdoor activities
I had a wonderful stay in a room with spectacular views of the lake, which made for a perfect backdrop during our adventures. The beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve experienced, letting us recharge after fun water activities, including kayaking. The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our visit, creating a relaxed atmosphere that we truly appreciated. One area for improvement would be the breakfast coffee, which didn’t quite meet the standard of the rest of the meals.

I loved the breathtaking view of the lake from my room. it was stunning every morning. The pool area impressed me too, with both deep and shallow ends, perfect for relaxation. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and local dishes. However, the room was quite small for a lake view, and the bed felt harder than I expected. I also found a scorpion in the shower, which was a bit alarming, although the staff responded quickly to remove it. For the cost, I expected a bit more comfort and cleanliness in the room, so that was disappointing. Overall, I'd say the gorgeous location and helpful staff are the highlights, but the condition of the room could use improvement.
